It keeps getting better... Uventory set to FLY...

The Uventory story is such that evolves every new week that the team works on the project. So many have asked what will make Uventory different from any other inventory management system, I always tell them that this system is built to give even the smallest of businesses an efficient stock, tracking and updating system.

This week the team has been working relentlessly to meet all project targets.

The Digital Marketing and Content Creation team continued with their task of uploading contents according to the content calendar and the social media strategy which they had created. Their marketing plan for Uventory is geared to launch the product full scale by next week. On all social media platforms, there are over 100 followers garnered just after 1 week of engagement. The team has also created infographics for their campaigns

The Graphic Design team has designed a few flyers for the Digital Marketing team with the content provided by them. Though we had a setback due to the dropping off of our Video Animator, the sub team lead has opted to fully step in and help the team achieve their animation goals.

The Product Design (UI/UX) team have actually outdone themselves. They were able to take the task to almost 100% Completion. The design on Figma is looking good for the product team to have their MVP by next week.

The Product Management team created the task management board using Jira. They have since managed and continued to monitor the task management dashboard by updating tasks across all sub teams and keeping a close eye on completion of the deliverables. Though the standup meetings are not held daily because of other schedules of members of the team but the meetings are held thrice a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with members of the whole Uventory team. In all of this, there is a keen eye kept on delivering the product MVP for launch by next week.

The Quality Assurance team is working with the Frontend Developers to test the prototype created from the design sent in by the Design team.

The Customer Relationship Management team was unable to complete work on the chatbot because we had exhausted the 7 days free option provided by Tidio for our work. The team has been in conversation with the overall team lead to secure a paid version which will enable the team supervise the chatbot is mounted by the Frontend team and tested by the QA team. The team has created a HubSpot and Mailchimp account in order to set up the email marketing system for subscribers/customers. This process is in collaboration with the digital marketing team so that they can drive businesses to the product.

The Frontend Development team has began implementing all changes/feedbacks received from the review call made during the previous presentation on the landing page. They have also began implementing the UI design with a 100% compliance to design. This team is also saddled with the task of the Backend and Mobile App development.

The Data Analytics team has created their research report on a dashboard but because we do not have a dedicated Backend Development team, they have been unable to use the data endpoints from the backend developers.

In all of this, the Uventory journey has been a very interesting one with new opportunities to learn from the team.
