When this journey began, we were all excited to be part of the next big thing to happen to business from the Tech space.

Building the Uventory with the unique team assigned at this bootcamp has helped everyone garner relevant experience for the real world.

The Digital Marketing and Content Creation focussed on completing the proposal to potential investors, Angel or Venture Capitalists. The end-to-end marketing strategy created the previous week was looked at for possible launch.

The Graphic Design team continued to design infographic flyers for the business according to content provided by the digital marketing team to be posted on all the business' social media platforms and created a few flyers for the product launch.

The Product Management continued to manage and monitor the task management dashboard on Jira while updating tasks across all sub-teams. The PM sub team lead took reports from the other PMs assigned to each sub-team on the project. The team completed their launch plan and made it available to the entire team during the stand up meeting they had during the week. Efforts are made to deliver an MVP for launch this week

The Quality Assurance team has carried out test cases according to the flow created.

The Customer Relationship Management team has implemented the email marketing system in collaboration with the digital marketing team on HubSpot. The FAQ document is being updated based on a review of the customer interaction with Uventory after paying attention to user experience and flow.

The Frontend Development Team has completed the implementation of the UI design and with feedback from testing by QA and PM, has made relevant adjustments. The backend development had suffered some setback until we got help to aid the development team.

The Data Analytics team continued their task on the reporting dashboard working on Marketing Campaign Performance Analysis of competitive products in your industry.

The team is very excited to have created Uventory and are willing to see it grow to become the next big thing for businesses in Nigeria and Africa.
